BARRANCO is a design studio based in Medellin, run by architect and object designer Iojann, that focuses on ideas as material. In his work, the materialization of these ideas is mediated by a sensitive reading of the context in which objects and spaces emerge.

His practice is divided into three distinct blocks (space, object, and graphic) that represent specific approaches to the world, where ideas are translated in different ways: sometimes as a drawing, other times as a designed space, or through objects that condense the designer's experiences and cultural background.

On this graphic, body is expressed between an outer space and a primordial point (soul), this point is full of experience related to the interaction with nature and objects, that consciousness and wholeness that is content by the shell is the one that is projected outside and is the one that re build the outerspace through this interaction, that interaction is the thing im interested in.
